The service

DealDigger AI provides software for real estate investors: prepared public-record county data, lead scoring, a CRM, dialing and buyer-matching tools. Data is derived from public sources that vary by county and can contain errors or be out of date; verify anything material before you rely on it.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you contact people, including compliance with telemarketing, do-not-call, consent and privacy laws that apply to you. DealDigger's opt-out, suppression and quiet-hour features are aids, not a guarantee of compliance.

Provider usage (for example skip tracing through Tracerfy or calling through Twilio) runs on your own provider accounts and is billed by those providers under their terms.

Current prices are listed on the Pricing page. Subscription, activation and cancellation terms will be set out in your order or agreement.
